PSV and Flare Analysis
Vega Oil and Gas Consulting team executed pressure relief device and flare header analysis for numbers of gas processing and fractionation plants in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Texas. In addition, Vega Oil and Gas Consulting evaluated relief devices on various vessels and storage tanks for a specialty chemical / pharmaceutical company in Utah.

Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)
Vega Oil and Gas Consulting team facilitated PHA for newly built fractionation process for one the client’s Louisiana plants. Our responsibilities also include tracking PHA action items and ensure all items resolved in timely manner to keep construction project schedule in-check. Project required several meetings with project stakeholders from construction, operations, engineering to plant management. The project was completed on-time without impacting construction schedule.
