Process Safety Management (PSM)

• Pressure Relief Device Analysis: Overpressure scenario identification, required relief rate calculations, inlet/outlet pressure drop calculations.
• Flare Header Analysis: Development of global overpressure Scenarios, Knockout Drum Analysis, Flare Radiation analysis.
• Mitigation: Perform engineering evaluation and provide recommendations to mitigate deficiencies found in PSV / Flare Analysis.
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA): Facilitate PHA and collaborate with client teams in following up on action item.
• Management-of-Change (MOC) support: Collaborate with various stakeholders in supporting MOC items.
• Operating Procedure: Develop operating procedures including consequences of deviations.
• PSM Audit: Conduct Process Safety Management Audit per OSHA guidelines.
• Process Simulations: Develop heat and material balance for various processes to be used during feasibility studies and/or Feed / Detailed Engineering studies.
